Intervention sessions to support students with their work and/or revision take place in the months in the lead up to exams. Staff discuss with students which sessions they should attend.

Year 11 exam support

We support our students throughout year 11 with a range of opportunities that ensure students are able to learn a range of strategies that will help them to revise effectively whilst still keeping a balance with their lives outside of school.

Alternative Curriculum Days give them the chance to explore different ways of studying for English and Maths, know how to support their well-being and know where to go to get advice.

Students have access to the specifications of each subject they study via the links below which will help them focus on areas they need to concentrate on.

Period 6 lessons take place in 4 week blocks before each set of examinations.
