The AIM to EXCEL ticket is given to one student in every lesson. It is awarded to the student whose achievement was the most impressive during the lesson.  

It can be given for a whole host of reasons (the list is not exhaustive): 

• Best work  
• Best effort 
• Most improved  
• Most committed  
• Best participation  
• Best questions asked  
• Most inquisitive  
• Most helpful  
• Willing to take a creative risk  
• Not shying away from an academic challenge  
• Persevering when things are tough  
• Best argument  

This is on top of the BELIEVE. ACHIEVE. SUCCEED points we give out in the lessons when students show their true academic potential, determination to succeed and bravery to try their hardest even if the going gets hard.
